Stylish and relaxed. The perfect dress for an elegant west coast afternoon ceremony. The delicate overlay and underlay of the sensuous silk chiffon create a beautiful flowing and soft dress for today’s modern yet romantic bride. The clean lines and elegant silhouette are Hepburnesque giving the bride timeless appeal. She will look as radiant and stylish today as she will when she wears this at her 50th wedding anniversary – truly a treasure.

Layered Chic

Layer a sleek top with luxurious quilted jacket add a sexy mini jean skirt and what do you have?  Why a non-stop high fashion outfit that takes you from “casual Friday” to “dinner and a movie” while turning heads the whole way through!  Stunning.

Aunt Chirssy, the jacket is from the paper pack I got for my birthday!  The were a bunch of great emobssed papers in there thank you!  I’ve been snipping away the last week or so, but I just decided to do one big post.  I love seeing all these new ideas thanks to more bloggers!  Keep it up ladies.  Love Mel.

Fresh, sophiscated, and colourful.  This dress is not for the meek with it’s bright bold two pattern design.  You’ll dress to impress at your next shower, dinner party or fancy date!  You can’t go wrong with a purse and shoes to match!

Lovely in lavender!  This dainty and simply feminine outfit will bring a cheery spring lightness to any event whether it’s cold outside or the blazing heat of summer.  The flowing patterned skirt is nicely complimented by the lavender blouse, which is anything but boring with trim emblisments!

Asian Flare

This stunning outfit will catch the eye of many with its bold red, gold and black color scheme.  The pants, embellished with a gold embroidered design, are not overdone.  The design in the pants corresponds to the yoke on the tunic. The brocade shoes will go with many different outfits.  The purse’s striped pattern on the flap is a good match to the cuffs on the sleeves.

Christmas Elegance

December 31, 2006 at 8:08 pm (Cards, Classy, Discussion, Formal, Mom, Paper fashions)

The combination of Christmas morning and the Christmas dinner is displayed in this colourful outfit. The pattern on the skirt is a lovely paisley design on tissue paper postioned so the eye flows along the torso. The bright red napkin top and underskirt creates excitement for the eye as it moves over the figure. Accents of gold on the purse, top and underskirt add eye appeal. The lovely turquoise necklace adds an element of surpise to complete your holiday outfit. mom.jpg

Note Cards

December 2, 2006 at 5:51 pm (Cards, Classy, Collections, Melissa)

I bought a box of blank note cards and made a nice gift by adding coordinating outfits on each one.  The picture didn’t turn out too well because the cream and green are not too contrasty but in real life they look better.  It was fun to try to make 6 different outfits and limiting myslef to just two papers.  I’m getting better at the hangers too!  Click on the picture below to link to the whole file it was too big for the space here.

Pilgrim Style

Puritan yet chic with delicate sheer ruffle, asymetrical stitching, and a dramatic collar.  Celebrate Thankgiving with this tongue-in-cheek tribute to that mythical first Thanksgiving dinner.

Michelle inspired me to start thinking about holidays with her last post.  I’m pretty proud of tying an outfit into a thankgiving card – I realise now that there are no limits to the occasions that can be celebrated with paper fashion cards!
