Two Looks

July 5, 2008 at 3:58 am (Collections, Hippy Chic, Melissa, paper fashions fancy, Party)

Two variations on a theme, pretty and Bohemian.  Either would work perfectly  at a summer festival, on a cruise, or as dressy work-wear.

I’ve got more paper fahions fancy items to post but I just had to get something up before we left on our Summer trip!  I’m loving paper fashions fancy!  Mel

Exciting News!

June 22, 2008 at 2:03 am (Melissa, News, Paper fashions)

I just found out today that Klutz has published a sequel to the wonderful Paper Fashions!  It’s called Paper Fasions Fancy.  I saw it in a gift shop then ordered it on Amazon today so I’ll be waiting eagerly by the door for the UPS man to deliver it.  Maybe there will be a new flurry of postings of fashions – this time with bling!  Sharpen your scissors!  Mel

Elegant Afternoon Wedding

Stylish and relaxed. The perfect dress for an elegant west coast afternoon ceremony. The delicate overlay and underlay of the sensuous silk chiffon create a beautiful flowing and soft dress for today’s modern yet romantic bride. The clean lines and elegant silhouette are Hepburnesque giving the bride timeless appeal. She will look as radiant and stylish today as she will when she wears this at her 50th wedding anniversary – truly a treasure.

Layered Chic

Layer a sleek top with luxurious quilted jacket add a sexy mini jean skirt and what do you have?  Why a non-stop high fashion outfit that takes you from “casual Friday” to “dinner and a movie” while turning heads the whole way through!  Stunning.

Aunt Chirssy, the jacket is from the paper pack I got for my birthday!  The were a bunch of great emobssed papers in there thank you!  I’ve been snipping away the last week or so, but I just decided to do one big post.  I love seeing all these new ideas thanks to more bloggers!  Keep it up ladies.  Love Mel.

Lovely in lavender!  This dainty and simply feminine outfit will bring a cheery spring lightness to any event whether it’s cold outside or the blazing heat of summer.  The flowing patterned skirt is nicely complimented by the lavender blouse, which is anything but boring with trim emblisments!

Asian Flare

This stunning outfit will catch the eye of many with its bold red, gold and black color scheme.  The pants, embellished with a gold embroidered design, are not overdone.  The design in the pants corresponds to the yoke on the tunic. The brocade shoes will go with many different outfits.  The purse’s striped pattern on the flap is a good match to the cuffs on the sleeves.

When you want to wear something that reminds you of all those party dresses that you always wanted Birthday Girl will bring you right back to that exciting time when you were invited to a birthday party. The full skirt and puff sleeves will remind you of your favorite party dress. The outfit even comes with red mary janes and white anklets trimed with red embrodiery. To finish off the outfit there is a matching red and floral print bow.

Ball Gown for a Princess

January 6, 2007 at 10:53 am (Formal, Hippy Chic, Michelle)

Detailed with beautiful curly embroidery, this beautiful ball gown is a hit with Princesses and Little Girls Alike. The detailed halter top goes equally well with jeans, and is made from 100% organic, recycled cotton to please those Princesses with a little bit of an environmental conscience!

Understated Christmas-wear

January 6, 2007 at 10:50 am (Business Attire, Classy, Michelle)

This outfit just has a hint of Santa in it, and its fashionable vest could certainly be worn year round. The fuzzy trim on the skirt adds that little bit of cheery punch to the outfit, and is a hit with the elves.
